CODE OF CONDUCT

The Code of Conduct, or code of behavior, of SUSA Sales GmbH + Co is based on the UN Charter of Human Rights, the European Convention on Human Rights, and the ILO (International Labour Organization) core labor standards.

It is addressed to our own team as well as to all companies and individuals involved in the creation of our collections. Explicitly included are also suppliers of our own suppliers and producers and their suppliers, as well as partners and suppliers in sales and shipping. We are committed to ensuring that no stage in the journey of a product of SUSA Vertriebs-GmbH + Co deviates from the ethical principles of this Code of Conduct.

WHISTLEBLOWER PLATFORM

SUSA highly values the open word.

Within the framework of our Code of Conduct and Compliance Management System, reports and indications of legal violations are received and processed – based on the EU Whistleblowing Directive. For this purpose, you can use our GDPR-compliant whistleblower system, if desired also anonymously.

GENERAL PRODUCT SAFETY

The safety of our products is our top priority.

In accordance with the new EU Product Safety Regulation, we would like to give all customers the opportunity to provide us with a notification if they encounter problems with product safety.
