What is important to us: Your path to SUSA should be fair, understandable, and personal – without unnecessary obstacles.

1. Your application

As soon as your application has reached us, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. This way you immediately know that your documents have safely arrived with us.

Our recruiting team then carefully checks whether your profile matches the advertised position.

2. First Meeting

If your application convinces us, we will invite you to a first interview – in person, by phone, or via video. In this interview, we would like to get to know you better and introduce you to SUSA as an employer.

At the same time, of course you have the opportunity to ask us your questions. Openness and mutual interest are at the center of this.

3. Second interview or practical insight

Depending on the position, there may be another interview or a short practical day.

This way you can get an authentic picture of your future workplace and team – and we of you.

4. Decision & Contract Offer

After the selection process, we make our decision.

If everything fits, you will receive an offer – welcome to the SUSA family!

Should it not work out at some point, we will of course inform you as well.

5. Your start at SUSA

With the signing of the contract, your journey with us begins.

Even before your first day of work, you will receive all the important information about your start.
